Central Coast Specialty Foods is a locally owned business in the city of Lompoc. We proudly showcase the best quality artisanal and gourmet, local and imported specialty foods.

We feature a delectable charcuterie line that features prosciutto from Parma, breseola and a variety of Molinari & Sons salames.  Our full-service deli features Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses along with freshly made deli salads.  Our gourmet cheese case is stuffed with cheeses from regions all over the world including Epoisses from Burgundy,France and Red Hawk from Peteluma, California. The pantry is full of imported and local specialty foods. Harissa, whole peeled anchioves, truffle honey, organic Italian preserves, olives....the list goes on.  

We take great pride in finding the freshest Top 1/3 Choice beef, Duroc pork, and free-range poultry coming from sustainable farms where the animals are raised without antibiotics, growth promotants or animal by-products. The animals are fed a wholesome, 100% vegetarian diet.  Also available at our butcher counter is our considerable selection of fresh sausages and Applewood-smoked bacon (a customer favorite).  And exotic meats: whole rabbits; ground venison, elk and kangaroo; duck, pheasant, quail, frog legs…those are just a few of your choices.

Our sandwiches?! The "West Coast" turkey , "Specialty" tri-tip and "Packed" pastrami are just a few of the numerous handmade-to-order gourmet sandwich choices at CCSF.  Let's not forget our Paninis (try the “Tasty Turkey”), Salads (“Total Veggie”), Dogs (the “Chicago Dog” is a favorite), Wraps (“BBQ Tri-Tip”) & Soup de jour (“Chicken Poblano”). 

If sitting and sipping is more your style, we feature a select variety of local beers and local wines that you can enjoy inside with your sandwich or with a cheese & cracker plate.  If a non-alcoholic beverage is more your style, Hank’s sodas and Stumptown Cold-Brew Coffees are a perfect match with any of our cheesecakes or cupcakes.

We're open every day except Mondays so please stop by and visit Central Coast Specialty Foods.​

Our dining is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you have a large party, are planning an event, or need catering services, drop us a line and we'll hook you up.
